Gold Futures End Higher On Weaker Dollar - Nifty Future Tips

Gold futures ended higher on Wednesday as the dollar slipped against a basket of major currencies after the release of the minutes from Federal Reserve's July meeting at which policymakers voted unanimously to keep US interest rates unchanged. Gold futures for December delivery gained $3.20, or 0.3 percent, to settle at $1,282.90 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold was up 0.8 percent at $1,281.15 an ounce.
