Cash Market Are Oversold, Stock Specific Buying Can Be Seen In The Market

As Markets were oversold heavily, even after RBI governor step down citing personal reasons and BJP government lost in all three major state election markets rallied more than 200 points.

The Congress scored a victory in the BJP-ruled states of Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh and was locked in a close fight in Madhya Pradesh. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and the MNF looked set to form governments in Telangana and Mizoram, respectively.

Nifty Index rose 233 points from its low 10334 and made a high of 10567 and closed at 10549 near days high. The cash market Index which has a strong support at 5670 rose 216 after making a low of 5836 and made high of 6052.

FII & PRO combined have bought 60796 contracts in Index option yesterday.

European stocks traded strongly yesterday as the world's two largest economies sought to push forward with the next stage of trade talks. Chinese Vice Premier Liu reportedly said Tuesday that he had been in discussion with U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, with the aim of de-escalating a global trade war.

The US 10 Year T-Note is trading at 120.38. The Bond has broken its important low of 120.03 on 2nd Oct 2018. The US Dollar Index is trading at 97.357.
