Copper Futures End Higher On Monday

Comex copper futures ended higher on Monday, while London copper prices too improved by data from China that indicated stronger demand for the commodity which is used in construction and power. Copper futures for July delivery rose 1 percent to settle at $2.5895 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange. While, copper on the London Metal Exchange closed up 1.2 percent to $5,724 a metric ton.
