Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Wednesday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to 138/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 138.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety fell to Rs 134.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 135.50/ kg. In the futures market, August delivery weakened to Rs 135.55 compared to its previous closing of Rs 137.96, while September delivery closed at Rs 134.40 compared to its previous close of Rs 136.74 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
