Bharat Financial Inclusion moves up on completing eighth Direct Assignment transaction in FY19

Bharat Financial Inclusion is currently trading at Rs. 932.00, up by 2.65 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 929.35 on the BSE.


The scrip opened at Rs. 934.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 938.45 and Rs. 931.50 respectively. So far 3909 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1248.65 on 03-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 824.30 on 31-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 940.70 and Rs. 912.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13029.29 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 1.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 87.79% and 10.62% respectively.

Bharat Financial Inclusion has assigned a pool of receivables of an aggregate value of Rs 1,217.80 crore to one of the largest private sector banks on a Direct Assignment basis as per the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India. This is the eighth Direct Assignment transaction in FY19.

With this transaction, the company has completed Direct Assignment transactions worth Rs 6,666.20 crore in FY19.
