Be cautious in the market as Nifty and Small Cap is showing divergence from last four trading sessions. In the last four trading sessions, Nifty has gained 332 points or 3.15% and closed at 10859 which is well above its resistance levels of 10775. However, the small-cap Index in the same four trading sessions has lost 33 points or 0.53% and closed at 6171 which is below its resistance level of 6341.
We suggest to be cautious in the market and to make any fresh buy position only if small-cap breaks 6341 level which is its two weeks high.
F&O contracts for November month expired yesterday and major players of the market have roller over 34573 long contracts for December expiry.
Nifty is expected to remain highly volatile before the India 5 states (Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, Rajasthan, Telangana and Madhya Pradesh) election results which will be declared on the 11th of Dec.
The US 10 Year T-Note is trading at 119.42 The Bond has broken its important low of 120.03 on 2nd Oct 2018. The US Dollar Index is trading at 96.685.
