Indian Share market News update: Nifty Realty index dips; Oberoi Realty slips 3%
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.97 percent down at 223.85 around 11:50 am on Monday with most of its components trading in the red.
Shares of Oberoi Realty (down 2.83 percent), Godrej Properties (down 1.49 percent), Sunteck Realty (down 1.32 percent) and Phoenix Mills (down 1.27 percent) were trading in the red.
DLF (down 0.80 percent), Prestige Estates Projects (down 0.76 percent) and Brigade Enterprises (down 0.76 percent) too were among the worst performers.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 3.50 points at 10,588.7 while BSE Sensex was 24.22 points at 35,134.33 at that time.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 22 were trading in the green, while 26 were in the red.
Shares of YES Bank, SBI, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Titan Company, ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda, Vedanta, HPCL and Motherson Sumi were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
