Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell to Rs 134/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 134.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to Rs 131/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 131.50/ kg. In the futures market, October delivery improved to Rs 134.48 compared to its previous closing of Rs 133.93, while November delivery closed at Rs 132.02 compared to its previous close of Rs 131.18 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
