Physical Rubber prices showed some weakness on Monday amidst extremely low volumes in the market. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell to Rs 133.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 134/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 130.50/ kg. In the futures market, October delivery weakened to Rs 131.23 compared to its previous closing of Rs 133.55, while November delivery closed at Rs 129.51 compared to its previous close of Rs 131.06 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
