Equity Trading Tips: Gold Futures Trade Marginally Higher On Monday

Gold futures traded marginally higher on Monday despite investors remaining cautious ahead of the naming of the next US Federal Reserve chair and ahead of a two-day Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting, both this week. Gold futures for December delivery rose 0.1 percent at $1,273 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold was down 0.1 percent at $1,271.70 an ounce.
