Copper Futures End Higher On Chile Earth Quake - Indian Stock Market Tips

Copper futures ended higher on Thursday after an earthquake in the main copper producing region of Chile prompted traders to chase the metal higher. Copper futures for December delivery rose 3 percent to settle at $3.0465 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange. While, copper on the London Metal Exchange ended up 2.7 percent at $6,700 a metric ton.
